 It was an
exciting day in Ft. Collins. We hiked along the Spring Creek trail, where the flooding in
the summer of 1997 occurred. I was amazed that we could still see damage even though
it has been well over a year since the flooding occurred.We met a few people who were
in Ft. Collins at that time. One guy, Dave Bruning will be sending you an article on the
storm.
After checking out the flood areas we decided to take it easy and get some rest before
heading home. We don’t won’t to be to tired on Thanksgiving.
