This is the best site on the web in my opinion if you need to learn about the web.  They have columns and articles that are useful for beginners as well as experts.

Educational Sites
This site is a collection of reviews of book for children and discusses possible ways of how to use them in the classroom.  The layout is a bit hectic and it is tough to find information at times.
Probably the best site on the web if you are looking for examples of how other teachers are using the web for instructional purposes.  They have over 1000 courses listed.
Developed by Indiana University to be a place where teachers can share ideas.
